What Is Risk Education?
Risk Education does not encourage children to seek danger. It helps them identify risk, use equipment, understand boundaries, make choices, and know when to slow down, ask for help, or stop.
Risk can be identified, graded, and managed; danger must not be romanticised. Adults design the boundary first, then allow the child to take on real but appropriate tasks within it.
Courage is not an instruction never to stop. The language and authority to step down, pause, or ask for help are part of competence.
Planned is not completed. Discussed is not partnered. A manuscript is not a published book. A concept is not a release.
