Collect less; publish nothing by default
Anonymous public Ask retains only what is minimally needed for safety and improvement. Arbitrary chat never becomes a public fact. Customer, internal, and owner records must pass server authorization before retrieval.
Children and families
Child names, birth dates, medical notes, emergency contacts, rooms, and precise travel details are never public. Historic customers must verify a real relationship before claiming an experience; saying “I am a customer” grants nothing.
AI limits
Ask Laotie does not impersonate James and does not fill evidence gaps from model memory. When no verified public record exists, it says so.
